Chicago Sandwich Factory
Social Media Management Proposal
Link Creative proposes a 12-month social media management engagement for Chicago Sandwich Factory: a monthly production shoot, always-on organic publishing across Instagram and Facebook, and creative outreach built to carry the Maywood location's existing customers through its rebrand and turn new attention into visits.
Overview
Chicago Sandwich Factory is the rebrand of the Maywood, Illinois location formerly operating as Corned Beef Factory: one of four original locations, and the only one remaining under independent ownership after the other three were sold to private equity. The identity, logo, and website are being handled separately; this engagement exists to give the new name a social presence from day one of the rebrand, not to design it.
The brand is not starting from zero. The existing @cornedbeeffactory accounts carry roughly 3.1K Instagram followers and 4.7K Facebook followers, an audience this rebrand needs to carry forward with continuity messaging, not rebuild. That is the specific work in front of this account: retain the regulars who already know this counter, make the new name land locally in Maywood, and do it through content that sells the sandwich rather than the story of the rebrand.
This proposal covers social media management, monthly production, and creative outreach for a 12-month term. It does not cover the rebrand's identity work, paid media, website development, print collateral, or menu design; those sit outside scope and are called out explicitly in Assumptions & Exclusions below.

What we are measured on
Goals & Success Metrics
This is a rebrand launch, not a maintenance retainer. The metrics below track whether the Chicago Sandwich Factory name is landing with people who already know Corned Beef Factory, and whether that attention is turning into visits to the Maywood location.
Build awareness for the new name
Make Chicago Sandwich Factory a name the Maywood neighborhood recognizes and repeats, in the feed, in reviews, and at the counter, from the first week of the rebrand.
Retain the existing customer base through the transition
Bridge regulars from Corned Beef Factory to Chicago Sandwich Factory using the existing @cornedbeeffactory accounts (3.1K Instagram, 4.7K Facebook) and continuity messaging, so the name change reads as an upgrade, not a closure.
Drive foot traffic to the Maywood location
Turn social attention into visits. With a single location, organic reach only matters if it converts to counter traffic; awareness alone is not the goal.
| Metric | Today | Target (month 6) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram followers (@cornedbeeffactory) | 3.1K | 5K+ by month 12 | carried forward, not rebuilt |
| Facebook followers (@CornedBeefFactory) | 4.7K | 6K+ by month 12 | carried forward, not rebuilt |
| Average monthly reach | n/a | 40K+ combined | organic, unique accounts reached |
| Saves + shares per post (avg) | n/a | 25+ | appetite-appeal content, both platforms |
How creative, production and performance work as one
Approach
Our recommendation
Lead with continuity, not a clean break. Early content lets a Corned Beef Factory regular recognize the place before they register the new name, while the ongoing calendar builds the food-forward, independently owned identity Chicago Sandwich Factory is stepping into.
The product carries the brand
Sandwiches, not slogans, do the convincing. Every shoot is built around appetite appeal: the pull, the stack, the steam, because that is what travels in Chicago food social.
Bridge the name change deliberately
Early posts pair the new name with familiar cues from Corned Beef Factory: the same counter, the same faces, the same order, so regulars follow the brand instead of wondering if it closed.
Local discovery over broad reach
Community management, local tagging, and Chicago food-creator outreach matter more here than broad reach: the goal is the Maywood neighborhood finding the new name, not an unfocused audience.
One monthly shoot, reused everywhere
A single four-hour production day each month is edited into that month's full organic calendar plus creative-outreach assets, so the content engine runs on a predictable rhythm.

12-month engagement · USD
Investment
All figures are in USD, billed monthly in advance. A one-time $549 onboarding fee applies to every engagement, covering account setup, profile transition, and the first month's content-bank build. This proposal excludes paid media spend and ad management: Instagram and Facebook are managed organically, and TikTok, if added, is managed organically as well. Two plans are offered below; both include the full team above and the onboarding fee.

Social Media Management + TikTok

- TikTok account setup and management
- Monthly shoot footage re-cut and captioned for TikTok
- Cross-platform reporting
Term
12 months
Chicago diners discover new-to-them spots through short food video. Adding TikTok while the brand is new gets Chicago Sandwich Factory into that discovery layer from month one instead of retrofitting it later.
Recommendation
We recommend Social Media Management + TikTok. The base plan carries the rebrand across Instagram and Facebook; the $500 add-on is a modest step up that puts short-form video, the format doing the most work for independent Chicago food brands right now, in front of new audiences from launch.
Onboarding fee
One-time fee, due at signing, applies to either plan. Covers account setup, profile transition from Corned Beef Factory, brand asset integration, and building the first content bank.
$549
À la carte
Additional shoot days or hours beyond the monthly four-hour window, and one-off creative requests outside the recurring scope above, are available à la carte and quoted separately before work begins.
Payment terms
- Monthly fee invoiced on the 1st, due net 15.
- $549 onboarding fee due at signing, in addition to the first month's fee.
- 12-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' written notice.
- Additional shoot time and one-off creative requests billed à la carte, quoted before work begins.
- Finished deliverables are owned by Chicago Sandwich Factory on payment in full.
Figures are valid for 30 days from the proposal date and assume the scope and assumptions below. TikTok management can be added or removed at any point on 30 days' notice.

Assumptions & Exclusions
Assumptions
- Rebrand assets (logo, brand guidelines, website) are delivered by Chicago Sandwich Factory or its design partner before kickoff; Link is not responsible for their production.
- Chicago Sandwich Factory provides access to the Maywood location and product availability for one scheduled four-hour shoot per month.
- Approvals on calendars, captions, and creative turn around within two business days; delays shift publishing dates, not scope.
- Link receives admin access to the existing Instagram and Facebook accounts (and TikTok, if the add-on is selected).
- One round of consolidated revisions is included per deliverable; further rounds are quoted separately.
Exclusions
- Paid media spend and ad management (Meta or Google Ads)
- Website development, print collateral, and menu design unless separately scoped
- Rebrand identity, logo, and website work (handled separately, outside this engagement)
- TikTok management unless the add-on above is selected
- Additional shoot time beyond the monthly four-hour allotment (billed à la carte)
Open questions
- What is the target start date for the rebrand launch and first shoot?
- Who is the on-site contact at the Maywood location for shoot scheduling and approvals?
- Should TikTok management start at launch, or be added once the base plan is running?
- Are there specials, offers, or messaging tied to the name transition that should lead the first month of content?
